1. Scope
This policy describes how REINSURE LLC (OOO «REINSURE»), state registration No. 1047758 of 5 October 2021, address: 1 Aloka Street, House 10, Almazar District, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan (the “operator”) processes personal data submitted through the partnership request form, the document request form and the question form on reinsure.uz.
2. Data processed
- company, country, full name, position;
- work email and phone number;
- cooperation type and the text of your message;
- for a document request, the name of the requested document;
- date and time of consent;
- pseudonymised technical data used to protect the form against spam.
3. Purposes
- reviewing your request and contacting you;
- preparing and concluding cooperation;
- maintaining business correspondence with partners.
4. Consent
By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree to the processing of the data listed above for these purposes. Consent is voluntary; without it the request cannot be submitted.
5. Processing operations
Collection, recording, storage, use, updating and deletion. The data is not used for automated decision-making, and it is not used for marketing mailings without separate consent.
6. Access and transfer
Access is limited to authorised REINSURE staff. Notifications about new requests may be sent to the company’s corporate email and work Telegram chat. Data is not transferred to third parties, except to service providers acting on REINSURE’s instructions and where required by law.
7. Retention
Data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless the law requires longer storage. It is then deleted.
8. Security measures
- encrypted connections (HTTPS);
- role-based access to the administration area;
- two-factor authentication for administrators;
- logging of administrative actions;
- regular backups with restricted access.
9. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time by contacting REINSURE. Requests are handled in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.
