1. Who we are
This website is operated by REINSURE LLC (OOO «REINSURE»), state registration No. 1047758 of 5 October 2021, address: 1 Aloka Street, House 10, Almazar District, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan (“REINSURE”, “we”). This policy explains what information we process when you use the website and how we protect it.
2. Information we process
- Partnership requests. When you submit the partnership form, we receive the details you enter: company, country, full name, position, work email, phone, cooperation type and message, together with the date and time of your consent.
- Document requests. Some documents on the website are provided after a short form. In that case we receive your full name, company, work email and, if you enter it, phone, together with the name of the document and the date and time of your consent.
- Questions. When you send a question through the form in the FAQ section, we receive your name, contact (e-mail or phone), company (if entered) and the text of the question, together with the date and time of your consent.
- Technical data. To keep the website secure and prevent abuse, our servers process technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of request. IP addresses used for spam protection are stored only in pseudonymised (hashed) form.
- Cookies. The website uses technically necessary cookies: one remembers your language choice, and the administration area uses a secure session cookie. If web analytics is switched on, the website also uses Google Analytics and/or Yandex Metrica to count visits and their sources in aggregated form; these services set analytics cookies only after you accept them in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page or by deleting cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

- to review partnership requests and respond to you;
- to establish and maintain business relationships with partners;

Personal data from the partnership form is processed on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”. Technical data is processed to ensure the security and proper operation of the website.

We do not sell personal data. It is available only to authorised REINSURE staff. Service providers that host the website or deliver email and messages (notifications about new requests to the company’s email and work Telegram chat) may process data on our behalf. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

We keep partnership requests for as long as necessary to review them and maintain the business relationship, or longer where required by law. Data is protected by technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, role-based access control, two-factor authentication for administrators and activity logging.

You may request information about your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details below. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before it.
